I wish...

I wish for you everlasting happiness
No matter what you do in life
I wish for you love all around
So that you'd always know that you belonged
I wish for you a peace of mind
That life won't so easily get you down
And i wish for you all the above
Cause for the fact that you mean something to me

But most of all,
I wish for you to really know how i feel
That i could be the one that would take you to corners of the world
And if that weren't enough i wish you knew
That even heaven couldn't contain all the beauty that you possess
And to be yours, i'd give it all but sadly there's nothing that i can do
Cause while my heart is willing, all i can do is for her to make the call

I'm lost and don't know what to do,
confused by all thats around me
The pain it ebbs and flows and yet
it reminds me of how human i am
Then when i see her face i'm reminded again
Of how much i wanna be her man
So all i wish for right now
Something simple, to let her know.
