Good Morning/Night/ 4:29 AM

As the night draws near
I close my eyes and I pray
For the ones in my heart I hold dear
That the Lord's blessing on them would stay

That while they slowly drift
Into dream worlds beyond
Wishing upon them an angel's kiss
Their wishes coming true; a tale once upon

Through the night till dawn breaks
While the sun filters the darkness out
As they look and at first glance they take
Realise love is something they'll never go without

Cause for the rest of the day
Till night falls again, where it blankets the sky
So beautiful with stars to lead their way
Its when I close my eyes for them again
And I pray.
