As I walk these streets
You come, haunting as you please
Jolting back, memories of tender heart beats
To the days where I thought this would never cease

Tried we did, but we failed
The truest test of friendship
What we became I’ll truly never know,
Separate lives we now live, as cruel time began to show

No more smiles or laughter
Stemming from the greatest source of joy
As I did then with my heart in my hand,
When I thought it meant forever

Yet now I walk along these streets
And the smiles come back again
I’ve nothing but, memories of you
So bittersweet, and I miss
Everything I had with you.

I really do miss you guys, there's no such one person in particular. I don't just only miss you guys, i miss when back then things were much simpler and i still let you go. I don't know for sure where you are and part of me feels slightly responsible for the outcome. And you, you never knew, but you once had my heart. I'm taking a journey back and i see that now. I'll never forget that first meeting and i'll never forget what we did that day. It was simple it was pure. It wasn't complicated. I'm learning to let all that go now, as painful as it seems. But i'll never forget who you were the very first day that i met you. Thank you for the memories =)
